The Hagermans

Donations from private sponsors have been and continue to be vital for furthering research into FXTAS and fragile X syndrome. Such funds have proven to be the most powerful means for rapid innovation of new research directions. They help to support additional research investigators, particularly those in the early part of their careers. No gift funds are used to support salaries for senior investigators or for expenses not directly related to the research effort.
